My name is Rachel, and my path to midwifery was paved by my own journey into motherhood. After a traumatic first birth, I chose a different path for my next two children, welcoming them at home with the support of a private midwife. Experiencing this midwifery continuity model firsthand was life-changing, and it became my mission to offer that same empowering care to other families. With over ten years of healthcare experience, including four years serving Aboriginal women and their families in remote NSW and the NT, I am committed to providing respectful, evidence-based, and individualised care that empowers birthing women to feel confident and in control of their journey. It is my honour to walk alongside families during this life-changing phase, ensuring they receive the support and advocacy they truly deserve.
