From Claire: Dear warrior woman, I trust deeply that women are the experts when it comes to their babies. As your doula, it’s my role to guide you with transparent information, emotional support and physical comfort so that you have the best possible chance of creating your version of an empowered experience. I will be by your side before, during and following birth, helping you to make informed choices about the care of you and your baby. I am a qualified birth and postnatal doula. I’ve always believed in the magic created when women support women and this is at the heart of my work as a doula. I am lucky enough to live and work primarily within the beautiful Blue Mountains community, but I am passionate about powering with women from all over Sydney through the most life-changing, soul-awakening, mind-blowing transition of their lives. It’s imperative that as a birthing woman, your birth team places you and your baby at the centre of all decisions. A woman giving birth is a warrior and a queen, and should be made to feel as such. Our first meeting is absolutely obligation free but hopefully we can work together to rock your birth, your way.
