Hi I'm Kendyl Christian, the one behind the lens at Echo Life Photography. I am a lifestyle photographer based in the Sutherland Shire. I specialise in birth photography and would be so honoured to capture your birth story. From the very first birth I was invited to witness I knew that the birth space was exactly where I wanted to be and have continued to be in awe of the power of a birthing person and the love that surrounds such a special time in life.
The birth of your child is such a pivotal moment in life and as a mother you always try to remember your birth story. You want to tell your children and let them know just how much they were wanted, how much they are loved and how much the day they joined you in this world was and always is the best day of your life. But a whirlwind of hormones and emotions often cloud your ability to recall, its almost designed that way. You find yourself grabbing at memories trying to piece it together, trying to describe how hard you worked to bring them earth side or the look on their dads face when they entered the world, emotions you have never seen before, never felt before, never experienced before.
I can capture that all for you, I can take those moments and turn them into tangible memories. I can freeze moments that make you feel those emotions again, as if you were looking into their eyes again for the first time, pictures that let you go back and reflect they will be something that you can always hold dear, they will be some of your most prized possessions.
